ya of corse it's normal. when my parents went thorugh their divorce it stressed the whole family specially my mom and my dad.

Yep, I'd say that's normal...by definition, divorce seems a painful process.

Divorce is rated as stressful as a loved one dying. Everyone who gets divorced should seek out counselling even for a short time it greatly helps with the stress.

I would say that if a divorce wasn't stressful then that wouldn't be normal at least to me any way.

I am sorry that you are getting Divorced, and I hope that ti works out in the end...Try not to be as stressed out. talk to people in whom you love and trust and who are there for you it will help also get out and do things that you like that will help too.Just work On the stress relief...if at all possible.

Sure it is - hope and dreams that exsisted at one time are being dashed - not normally a pleasant experience - children must NOT blame themselves.

It is also normaly to have bunch of mixed emotions and to be depressed and confussed...feelings are normalt it is more how you act on them that matters more then anything else...remember right is right and wrong is wrong...that is always clear.

Be careful what you do and or say in repeonce to how you feel.
