Ok so heres the deal. My mom and my step dad have sex alll the time like every night! I dont want to hear be happy for them and crap. But im not a virgin btw. I dont know why it disgusts me sooo much! Like its really bad I have actually thought about...

killing myself over it I dont need oponions but I need how to get rid of this! I cry like every night over it, it actually makes me depressed but I just cant find out why it grosses me out so much and my mom also walks around in just a tshirt and one time she was like laying down on the couch in the living room like that and the shirt was half up. I tried talking to her she laughs at me litterally I tried talking to my grama she just told me too be happy for them im sick of hearing that because your not in my position I just want to learn how to cope with this problem I have before I actually do kill myself over it...

my mum and her husband have sex a lot and bothers me too
I found distraction helps
put your mp3 player on loud and listen to some music
and if that doesnt work
I would say talk to them about it
but seeing as they just laugh id say write a letter
tell them exactly what you feel about it and that maybe they should tone it down a little, and do it like when your not in the house or something
something clearly needs to be done as its getting to the point where you actually want to die over it
tell them that
just tell them everything you feel, if they are good parents they will consider your feelings and try and co-operate with u
