actually cayenne pepper, lemon juice and apple cider vinegar helps to lose weight. my sis tried it out and she lost 5 kgs in 5 days.

Actually, it isn't so much a diet as a way to flush your system. The cyan peppers give you energy, and it does help you to lose weight. It flushes your system of toxic waste. As for too much acid causing ulcers...While that is true, lemon isn't actually acidic, it is alkaline, and so, as with anything that is alkaline, it helps to balance your body's ph, and won't do your body harm!
This is not meant to be a long term diet, but a 10 day flush!
