You should be eating 6 meals a day.
BREAKFAST- maybe an egg with a piece of whole wheat high fiber toast, a small glass of skim milk and a piece of fruit.
SNACK- choose from below.
LUNCH- Mix 1/4 monzerella cheese with some diced tomatoes and watever other veggies you would like to add then stuff it into a whole wheat pita pocket. Add some fruit and a small glass of skim milk.
SNACK-choose from below.
DINNER- 1 cup of smart taste noodles, however much healthy choice spaghetti sauce you would like, 2 tsp pramesan, some broccoli, a piece of light garlic bread and a small glass of skim milk.
SNACK- whole wheat crakers with a wedge of laughing cow cheese
SNACK:
pretzles
fruit
carrots
green red peppers (there not hot)
2 tablespoon hummus with some veggies
100 calorie snack pack
1 1/2 cup grapes
half a bag of light popcorn (you can shake butter seasoning on it for flavor)
MAKE SURE YOUR DRINKING PLENTY OF WATER! AT LEAST 8 GLASSES A DAY!
It's a good idea to jog 1hr every day. You burn a little over 600 calories jogging if your a teen that weighs in the range of 120-130.
