if your body thinks you dont need to loose weight, it will make loosing it as hard as possible
because it needs that weight to stay healthy
other things are
you need to be eating healthy but also need to be eating (good) fats
a variety of food and meats to get your daily nutrients
you dont only loose fat, you gain muscle
and when you gain musle you may not notice any difference in your weight
because your fat is being replaced by muscle
also from the sound of your diet your not eating anywere near enough food at all
im surprised you even have the energy to play 2 and a half hours of sport
food is fuel
you need to eat to give your body energy
then during the day it will use that energy up
if you dont eat enough food, your body is going to start kicking in to survival mood
and it will do everything it possible can to avoid loosing weight
because if theres no fuel inside you, it it will start to eat itself
and your body is doing its best to make sure that doesnt happen
so maybe adding more things to your diet will help
also if your stressed about your weight ALL the time that wont help either
be patient
drastic weight loss doesnt happen in a week
they take at least a month
if you do modelling or something that requires you to weight a very low amount, first check with your doctor and get them to test your bmi (body mass index) properly
so you can see if your already a healthy weight range for your height and body type
