Can any one sujest to me a good dietry pill? Im in sirouse need of them I dont want to turn to them but I have to in order to convice as at the minute bein my weight I cant please please you need to understand my deperation!! Help please

There are NO GOOD diet pills. (All of them have side effects and those that don't have side effects don't work)

Sorry but popping a bunch of pill is not going to give you the motivation or determination to lose weight (that is the main reason why so many women who go on diets don't stick to it, they think that the pill are going to work like magic)

I suggest rather joining a gym and start eating healthily (change your lifestyle).

Then you need to see a doctor. That's not right. I'm getting the idea rather that you're not being honest with yourself in your diet.

Also you need to exercise for about 2-3 weeks to start seeing noticeable results.
