Diet pills?

Hey, im 17...would it be ok for me to take diet pills or something I find in a pharmacy that would help me lose weight?? (without prescriptions)

well, I am 17, um I tried hydroxycut for like 6 months, and only place I lost weight was in my boobs lol.. after that I quir cold turkey. so really need to watch out for whats out there regarding diet pills, if you are looking for sumthn that will eat fat and gain muscel, which is sumthing I would be into. look at the back of the box or bottel... look at the sydafects, and the warnings... make sure you fins sumthing thats ment for woman and woman only, that way your chest dont shrink. and you keep the good fat, I hope I helped. also a very important thing, I know I was first worried of letting my mom know I was taking pills to try to improve myself... I think its most best you consult this with your mom, or sumone like a mom. b/c trust me when taking pills you want major support, b/c your going to have to keep taking them... day after day... or whatever your pill says take..

uhmm... well you should probably talk to your docter about it.
a lot of diet pills are risky business, people have ended up hospitalized from such shenanigans.

Ok just stop. Diet Pills/Fat Burners DO NOT WORK. There is no magical pill that you can take that just melts the fat away. All the stuff you see on tv is garbage. Hydroxycut, and others are nothing special. This is how the fat burners work, they increase your core temperature and give you a high dose of caffeine. The temperature increase makes you sweat more. The more you sweat, the more water you lose. When you get on the scale it makes it seem as if you have lost weight, but in all reality you have only lost water weight. The caffeine gives you a temporary boost in energy which make you a little more active, thus burning a bit more calories then not being hopped up on stimulants.

Diet pills and are waste of time and money. Go to the gym and work it off. It's going to be a pain. Gaining it is way easier then losing it, but if you are seriousl about it, it can be done. Dont say you cant, and never give up!
