Pills are dangerous. Life is intelligent, hates to be obliged, loves to be cared after.
Eat more meals, but little at each one. Exercise as most as possible. Swet and swim, walk, move, no tobacco no alcohol. Fruits, many. And laugh also, great for one's metabolism!

I live in my own world and do whatever the fxck I want.
I just recently tried 'slim quick', I started to notice results in a few days.
Diet pills work but can make you jittery, even depressed if you get the prescribed ones and maybe even the OTC's. I think it's better to eat right and exercise.
