Diet issue

Asked by itzabz 5 months ago, 1 answer.

I've recently started one, which probably isn't a shock considering I'm an average teenage girl, but I actually was hoping someone had a really good workout plan or excersize that could help.
I don't need eating tips or self-control help because I've...

got all of that, what I need are excersize tips. Workouts, stretches, things thast work out abs and arms, Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

cardio 3-4 times a week, something like using the elliptical or treadmill or going for a fast paced walk or jogging would be enough if you did that for an hour a few times a week. Then to tone specific areas try pilates, its low impact and really engages the muscles, while lengthening them and toning them rather then bulking muscles up. for arms you can use light dumb bells and do simple lifts that work the triceps and biceps and good old standard crunches are really key to working the abs.
