well yor metabolism will slow down at some point. Introduce exercise to your lifestyle and healthy food, that way you will maintain your weight and wont gain any wobbly bits where you dont want. for you stomache I suggest you start crunches or sit ups and cardio excercises. Increase the length of time and sets you do every week example, one week 3 sets of 10 situps, next week 4 sets of 10 situps etc or one week 15 minute power walk and teh next 20 minute power walk etc
Your body will become very toned and maintain its weight and plus it will boost your meabolism.

Ok I have a really high metabalism but I think I am getting som fat on my belly. How can I get rid of it bc I really want to stay in shape and not get a gut
