Eat lots of healthy foods to substitute for any junk food. I highly recommend getting the YoPlait Light yogurts and mixing any flavor of choice with granola cereal for breakfast; it's excellent and keeps you very full! Eat a lot of fruits and veggies as snacks and stay away from fast food. Small portions 5-6 times a day are key. As far as your friends go, ask them to hit the track with you, or sign up at a gym together. I'm sure some of your friends would be more than happy to get into better shape too. Go for bike rides or runs along the beach, then soak up the sun for a little while. Hope I helped! Good luck!!!
