It depends on your diet. If your looking to lose wait you should be aiming more towards low calories yet healthy foods like lowfat yogurts or low cal/low sugar fruits like apples for breakfast. Salads or lean lunch meats like turkey for lunch with vegetables. And dinner a small portion of usually whatever you like so long as its correctly portioned and doesnt contain trans fat or empty calories (no fast food!!! or no sugary cereals) and anything with high fiber in it!!!
If your on a diet to build muscle stick to protein enriched foods like meats, fish, beans, nuts, cheeses
if your on a diet to increase body fat, eat greater portioned but still healthy foods. and increase your complex carbs like whole grain breads and pasta.
