Hm. Maybe try making a meal plan, like writing down what you'll eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner tomorrow. Like a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast, a turkey breast sandwich for lunch, and grilled chicken with steamed veggies for dinner? Don't stuff yourself, eat until you're full and stop. Drink lots of water. Throw all the junk food in your house away. Keep healthy foods in the fridge so when you're bored and you're just looking for something to munch on... you'd grab something healthier.
