Did my mom have to ball my song up

When I got on the computer 20 min ago,my mom started complaining about my song Boy Gothic that I wrote,she started complaining about the cuss words I put into it,I told her 4 times it was just a song. At least I didn't record it,she then adds on saying...

it's my house but I told her MY NAME was on it and she said the same thing again,I almost snapped but did what I could to hold it in.

Did she have a right on balling MY song up?

like the person above said you dont have to show her and if you do show her at least do another save me copy that has close to it but not curse words

I say save me copy because it can be another copy you show your parents or you can call it parents copy hope I helped bunches!

Parents aren't always going to like what you're doing, and it is her house, I'm afraid. I think, in the future, you might want to try and avoid letting her see things you've written.
