Did it mean anything?

a while ago I went out to lunch and stuff, it was me, my mom, my step-dad, her friend and her friends boyfriend, well I had to sit next to her friends boyfriend and all of a sudden he took his hand and put it on my thigh. He put it like toward the knee...

and like pinched it in sort of a ticklish way and then took it off. But do you think that meant anything in like a creepy way?

Depends on if he was joking around with you at the time. If he was then it could of been harmless (although inappropriate). However if he just put his hand there and started squeezing then that is a bit creepy. You should tell your mom that way she can keep you out of that situation.
