Desperate

My brother made a mistake about 9 years ago and now has a felony conviction His trade was warehouse and was and is very good at it but every place he goes 9 times out of 10 wont even let him fill out a aplication all he wants to do is work hes lost everything he owns if it wasnt for my mom he be homeless any suggestions on how to find a job being a felon hes paid his dues

He may have to work a lesser job in order to build a reputation once again of trust and competence....maybe landscaping / construction, etc....if he hasn't already, he might check with the court parole system to see if they have any programs or know of hiring assistance....if he is in church, there may be someone who would take a chance on him....in life our choices have consequencies, good or bad.

to brother of felone..... I understand your pain!!! try your local church first, if that comes up a dead end try goodwill or the salvation army .... in any event your brother might have to try going to a technical college and getting a technical degree in another feild to help sepperate him even further from his conviction
