What to do if i'm super depressed?

im super depressed and I dont know what to do. I dont want my rents or anyone esle to know, but I want help because life isnt worth living like this...what can I do to get help? im broke and without a license or car, so what shud I do? I really need help...

You could go to your doctor if you feel up to it. The thing with depression is it makes you want to stay home alone but what you really need is to get out. Put your headphones on and put on some happy music even if you don't feel like it. Even if it is just for a walk around the block or to the park. If you can't talk to your doctor then you should go to your local library and you can get out some books on depression and help yourself at home. You must understand that you are not alone and this is a very common problem that can be fixed.

I have felt depressed before. I know. I know its awful how you feel. But just talk to people about it and it will help. What are you depressed about?

I know what your going through because last year my mum and her boyfreind ave moved in 2gether and its been nothing but arguments ever since and now were in money troubles, my mum has gotin ill and and im still depressed but it helps when your around freinds trust me.please add me as on your freinds list as im lonly at school and I need someone 2 talk 2...

well I in the same situation right now I lost my job and I dant have any money to by my books for school or put gas in my car or even pay my car so honesly sometimes is better when you dont have a car because you dont have that payment and the other thing that you dont want to tell anyone about youor depression I understand because im the same way all you have to do is watch a lot of tv because it gets your mind of off things ang it lets you concentrate on something else. And dont think youor the only one going trough all this ther is people out there that are going trough the same thing you are
