Depression and eating

Myself Asked by emika011 2 months ago, 6 answers.

I have noticed that I've had an eating problem. Depression has been hitting me pretty hard lately. My man is a deployed Marine and is scheduled to come home in about 3-4 months. I don't want to be overweight or anything when he gets home. Is there...

anything that could help me with this eating problem?? I've already gained a little bit and I can really tell : / Is there an easy way to get it back off ??

yes there is a way.. either stop the extra eating or if yuo cant..or just dont want to ..then just eat non fattening food..stick to the fruits or veggies ..lay off the fast food and junk..if you blow up while hes away he might freak out a litle when he gets back..lol..or start burning off the extra calories..good luck !

If you deal with the depression, the eating should fix itself... Do you have a school counselor or someone you can go to?
