I think what you need is a long bubble bath with good smelling incense or perfume or something. Aroma therapy tends to really help me on days I'm feeling depressed. (Depression runs in my family. It kinda sucks; I know.) Try reading inspirational books. (I wouldn't read happy books. When I'm depressed, happy books piss me off. HA!) Try going out running burning some energy. I know that all you want to do is go curl up in your covers and sleep, but running will probably make you happier the fresh air will do you good. Try talking to God, too. (This is the one that tends to really help even if you don't believe in Him.) He's especially fond of you. (:
