I'm not a military wife/girlfriend but I just wanted to tell you to try and stay as positive as possible because if you be negative about the whole thing than you will get really stressed out. The more positive you are the more smoother the situation will go, even though its hard to stay positive about some things its really for the best. And I'm here if you ever need someone to vent on.
