Dent in hips

Asked by brighteyez over 3 years ago, 1 answer.

Well, my shape is pretty good right until you get to wear my jeans sit. My waist goes in, then my hips go out, but then I have this huge dent in my hips, like, they curve in. I'm 15 now. Will this go away when I'm older and is there anyway to get rid of...

it? I'd love to have big hips, but I hate this dent, please, please help! It looks so disstorted, I literally hide myself because I'm so embarassed about it.

If only you could be in my head... Answered by sikashimmer on Nov 19, 2006, 02:08AM

I used to have the same thing, and no it won't go away as you age (it will probably get worse!)
It's because of fat storage (thats where all MINE goes... my upper body is fantastic but I have to really work to keep my lower body great.) And blame it on mother nature. Women store more fat for child bearing. To get rid of it, you'll need to do lower body exercises and eat healthy.
