How do you delete or erase visited sites from the temporary internet files?

wich internet do you used?

and just go to the options and it will say that

cler private data

Go to tools on your internet screen and go to delete browsing history.You can also go to tools then internet options it will be in the general section.

Which browser do you use?

For mozilla firefox, just go to tools, clear private data.

or alternatively click on the drop down arrow next to your address bar and hold your mouse over the site you want to delete and press delete.

for internet explorer I believe you'll go to tools and options and then delete the browsing history from there.

you can never clear it maybe from your internet browser, but the pages uve visited will always be kept on your computer deep in the memory
