if I remember correctly when I had my baby (almost 3months ago) all the books and whatnot said during your babies 1 day they'll have one poopy diaper adn the 2nd day , 2 dirty diapers...ect...but my baby had liek 10 dirty diapers a day for her first 2 weeks I think and a few wet ones. are you breastfeeding? I am and the nurses said she might not have that many a day at first since I didnt have my milk supply in . he probably had a doc. appt coming up soon right? make sure to mention it to the doc , im sure its fine though. I know they say plenty of wet diapers mean your baby is getting enough to eat but where he's only a few days old he's not eating but an ounce or two? that may be why, he may be peeing, just not enough to be able to really tell from feeling the diaper.maybe after you feed him let him air out with a towel under him and see if he goes. he's probably just peeing so little since he cant eat very much you cant tell.

since your baby isn't holding anything down...and is projectile vomiting...skip the pediolyte and get him to the ER...
