How do you make styles for myspace?

Hello,
I have this myspace site with my friend
and neither of us know how to make a default layout
or even a regurlar layouts without a generator
does anyone know how to make one with out a generator?
if so please help ?

what exactly are you trying to do? generators are there for people who don't know how to manage style codes and tags and such. certain sites have generators that allow you to customize everything like skem9.com.
