Daughter's recurring yeast infection
My daughter is 16 and she gets a yeast infection at least every two months.
She is sexually active, but she's been with the same boy since she lost her virginity and uses protection.
We've managed to rule out out the basic causes - soaps, diet, etc, and...
she treats the infection diligently every time she gets it.
She's been to the doctor about it, but he just told her that all she can do is keep treating it.
I, personally, find it unusual that she gets them so regularly and am convinced there must be an underlying cause...has anyone else ever experienced this problem?
