well im going to be odd ball but I think it kinda is, I mean no you may not be blodd related but its related, I would NEVER do that...this is the way I look at it, youre kind, youre kind...blood or not...its still all kinship (sorry if thats spelled wrong) I couldn make out with someone who is my cousin (blood or not) thats just me...

For me I dont even know any of my fourth cousins so I may have dated them or something and not even known it. I know that my brother is married to a girl that has the same last name that my great grandmother had before she married my great grandfather. How can you be sure if you are related to someone in a fourth generation or even a fifth of sixth ya know and are you even related after that.I have a very popular last name and I honestly dont think I am related to all that have my last name of the same race that I am. It is hard to say for sure but If someone is not related by blood why is it a problem. Who knows.
