Dating issue.

I am messed up.
I will like a guy for the longest time, but when I finally have the opportunity to date them/go on a date with them I lose interest.

What the hell is wrong with me?

my guess is that you never really liked him as much as you thought. this happened to me like 4 days ago. a guy I liked for about 2yrs finally gave me the chnce and im no longer interested...

that happens to me to..I think its just that you waited so long to date him then when the chance comes you dont feel the same

I'm sure everyone feels this way at one time or another.
You're normal. If someone has to wait too long for a girl/guy to fall for them, they'll lose interest after awhile. I feel the same way with the guy I'm dating right now, and I don't know if I should end the relationship or not.

It's just odd that I chase a guy for that long and then when I finally have the opportunity to go out with them I'm indifferent about it.
