Wouldn't it be legal for us to be together?

Well, to be quite honest, I have developed some feelings for my co-worker, Marco. And believe it or not, the co-worker part is not the issue. In fact, my boss is actually trying to get me and Marco together...haha...however, me and...

Marco went on somewhat of a date one night and when we were in the car we got into a discussion. I joked around asking if the reason he hasn't been around lately is because he secretly hates short gals (IE, me) And he said not at all, but because he could get arrested. (Marco is 21) He joked that Chris Hansen would pop out of his trunk at any minute. Now I am not 100% on this, but isn't it legal as long as I am over the age of 15? I am so I see no problem. But I need a guarentee that it is alright.
Seriously though, look at the guy, he's like a walking orgy with intelligence to boot.

I believe in vermont the age of consent is 16... look it up though (or just call your local cops and ask...)

well if you were born in 88, your over 18, so yeah you can pretty much date anyone older than you...

as for the over 15 part, I was bored one day and looked up the laws...
each state has its own laws as to how old you have to be to consent...
some states have it at 16,
some have it at 16, but the other person has to be under 21
in some places if you're under 18, then the age difference cant be more than 3 years...
it really is complicated, you need to go look up your state law...
