You stay away from him...a 19 year old has no business being interested in a 14 year old. He would be immature or worse he would be wanting to take advantage of you. There are laws in each state against such an age difference...they are there for a reason and for your protection.

You two should just remain platonic friends for now but he can't lay a finger on you, cause in canada thats statutory rape, because of the canadian statutory rape laws he can't even touch you sensually or sexually until you are 15 and even then you two wont be able to have sex until you are 17, so if you think you like him that much just remain friends and in three years when it is legal and you wont have to face the chances of him going to jail then see if you both still want this relationship. Besides dating an older guy isn't all it's cracked up to be.
