I shower every day enless I cant for whatever reasons anyway my cousin said to mix 1/2 water and 1/2 white vinigar would that work?? please help I dont like having an itchy head and I also feel...

like people can tell even though people dont say anything but like this week and last my water like went off so I took a bath every other day but not on weekend sept sunday and I used selcin blue but it didnt work and also head and shoulders please help and scence I cant take a shower every day should I wash my hair with hose or sink water because one of my sinks dosent go off

You can talk to a doctor, and they can perscribe you with shampoo.

You could use selson blue, like you did, but heres how: wet your hair, lather it up with shampoo really good, and leave it like that for about half an hour. Then rinse it out. Do this and you'll start to fight it back.

Have you tried head and shoulders - I know it isn't as expensive as selsun blue, but sometimes for some people the cheaper stuff works better then the expensive stuff.

If it still persists, try making an appointment at a dermatologist, it could then be a form of eczema and he/she will be able to treat you for it properly.

It is possible it isnt just dry skin... it shouldnt be itching like that if it is just dry skin... sounds like it could be something else. Could be seborrheic dermatitis, Psoriasis, Eczema, contact dermatitis, malassezia, etc. You should see the dermatologist.
