there's a video on youtube that tells you how , look up how to dance without embarassing yourself by howcast

or you can take dance lessons , hip-hop dancing or modern dance is fun

Try not to do any 'moves'. Watch what other people are doing and try to sorta copy them. It depends on the type of song you're dancing to too. If it's something pretty up beat and danceable, it's easier. As long as you're having fun, you're doing it right!!
