I dance, and as long as your sweating, it's working.
I've lost so much weight from dancing.
you dont have to do a special kind.
even hip hop dancing.
just blast your music and let it take you away.
also, to make you sweat, wear a few layers of clothes.
also, just stick to water.
no flavored water or energy drinks like gatorade.

Dance help?
Well...Before, I posted a weight loss help question, but I really absolutely totally hate working out. It's so boring. But I've heard that dancing can help you lose a lot of weight. The only thing is...I don't know how or where to start.
I don't have the money to take classes or order DVDs. So are there any websites that can help?
And what are dances that will help you lose weight? I'm open to everything :]
