Damaged hair

Im growing out my hair
but it's all damaged
I cut it every month
and all I want is a shampoo
that will help make my hair
healthier and longer.

~garnier fructics works realy well for fixing and repairing hair.
~I wouldnt cut it every month. if you get bad split ends then cut it once every three month only or less.
~ you should invest in a deep conditoner and leave in conditoner.

Try going two days between each wash of your hair, and if it's really touch wash it with raw egg. I know it sounds icky, but it is guaranteed to work.

go to your nearest salon and get a paul mitchell hair mask thing, it takes about 30 mins under a dyer. but it works really good.

my hair was REALLY damaged and I did that before I got my hair cut, and it was perfect. and my hair is damaged all the way up, not just the ends. but yeah, it works really good.
