How long does it take cylaris to work?

I am a vegetarian, 20 about 5'11 and like 206lbs. I dont eat much as it is, just quit smoking and maybe like 5-10 mins a day on treadmill....I've taken 2 cylaris pills a day for 3days no effects yet. is this bad? what else should I do.....

Don't really know much about it but I did come across this fact: Benjy Bronk lost 64 pounds in nine weeks on Cylaris, to win the Howard Stern Show's weight-loss challenge....so maybe you just need a little more time - Good Luck !!
