Although I have not selfcut, I have a child that did. When you are hurting emotionally, the self cut helps because it temporarily erases the emotional pain, and you know that the physical pain will go away. You are not crazy!! You are not alone. Please seek the professional help that will assist you stop hurting.

i cut myself b4 my fren does it too ... i know howit feelz it does help but in the ending ur left with stupid scars and ppl think ur crazy and we all know ur not but i stop this is wat i do i take a rubber and and sting myself it helps its better than to cut and the wales goes away unlike scars just try it and think the nezttime u get mad or sad
