Cutting

my boyfriend found out I cut and he says he's going to break up with me if I don't stop:/ how can I stop?

maybe try 2 take everything that youve used to cut yourself and throw it away or bury it or give it to a close friend, or maybe him, to keep for you, until you arent tempted to cut anymore. stay away from anything sharp and avoid situations that often lead you to cutting.
it would also be a good idea to find someone, like a counselor, to talk to about whats going on in your life to find out why you cut, or if you know already, to help you stop

the best way would be to see psychologist but if you cant do that you need to figure out what makes you cut in the first place what is the trigger my brother did it because he was depressed about life and feeling like people always left him but you need find what brings on that feeling and either avoid being in that situation or learn to deal with it in a better way
