Cute hairstyles for work?

I work at a really cool cafe and we have to wear our hair up. What kind of things could I do for when I put it up? I know about messy buns, and ponytails, but anything that'll make it look different/cooler would be great. thanks!

p.s, my hair is 3...

inches past my shoulders.

If it's not against the work code, put your hair up into a bun and leave some pieces down around your face and straighten them stick straight. It's very cute and a little edgy. You can also try a higher or lower ponytail. Two french braids back looks cute on almost anyone. One french braid isn't always flattering.
