What do I click on to cut and paste?

What do I click on to cut and paste? When I go to cut and paste what do I do next?

okay..on your mouse, you should see two big buttons...hold down the left one and cover all the print in blue until you have what you need. Then, click the right one, and find the link that says cut. If you are on a website, then press copy instead, and it will make you a copy of it. Then, go to an empty document, or the one where your information is needed and right click again and find the link that says paste. then, click on it WHA LAH!!! Your information should appear.
