I dont see why you couldnt im sure you could. if you have a myspace im sure you could have a section on there open to the public an adice colume or you can try and do some research on it.

Sure you'd have to get a web address and a domain name both of which cost money. So you'll have to advertise which also costs money. Or you could go cheap by creating a grop of forum on another website but that would really limit the amount of people exposed to you listing.
