As long as you basically eat in a healthy way, having an occassional treat every now and then won't hurt. Just make sure that you don't treat yourself all of the time. Even the most stident healthy eaters have a treat now and then. You don't have to totally cut out all the junk food, just make sure that it is in moderation. Moderation is the key! That way you will not feel totally deprived.
