Okie so have you ever been to the grocery store and got cupcakes? The one with the fluffy frosting that gets all over your mouth, the frosting that DOESN'T taste like the ones in the container? Well please help, I'm looking for that recipe, does anyone...

It's made with icing sugar.
1 cup of icing sugar
1 tablespoon of milk
1/4 tablespoon of vanilla

It's just like sugar but tastes sweeter - you get it in a bag anywhere that you can get normal sugar.

Icing sugar is sometimes also called confectioner's sugar.

It looks like flour.
