why don't u confess to him straight up and tell him teh truth instead of just asking him out...

Move one. If he said no he probably meant it. it doesn't matter if you like him a lot, to him its proabably nothing since he doesnt like you. besides, if you keep bothering him then he'll like you even less. It gets annoying when the same person askes you out a lot and you always have to keep rejecting. There has to be soemone else you could like.
