How can i get him to ask me out?

Ok I am really good friends with this guy, and I lke him and I think he likes me to! how can I get him to ask me out?

just flat out say hey do you like me? then he will either say yes or no and yes if your right and then be like then why dont you ask me out? lol it worked for a couple of my girlfriends lol

ya seriously why does he have to ask you out... Even if you play with the words, do you want to go for lunch, not nessairaly ask him on a date but make sure he knows if your too shy
