Crunches?

If I do 400 crunches in the morning and 400 at night how long will it take to get a flat stomach?

I wouldn't recommend it if you're just starting out...start smaller...maybe 50.

To lose fat in your stomach you have to lose weight overall. Millions of crunches will only give you toned muscles that are underneath your belly fat. They will not burn the fat away from your stomach.

Crunches? Crunches don't usually give lovely abs, instead you usually get a strained neck. : )
