Cross country love

does anyone have a story of how they met someone and fell in love with them online?

one time I was really bored and made a profile on some crappy site that you had to actually do surveys to use the site..

anyway I had a profile, didnt pay attention to it much, I would check my e-mails and it would notify me if anybody sent me anything.

I get one from a girl near my area and we exchanged e-mail and chatted from there and AIM. I found out later her friend made that profile and told her she should check me out because I would be her type.

Long story short, we dated, of course we were both a lot younger, so it ended within a month or so. But she still had a thing for me, and we would run into eachother at random times, such parades and band jobs. Then as im in a band, I find out she actually knew my drummer, so she started to hang around there a bit, and we started talking again...talking led into flirting, and we hit it off again.

But we ended of course AGAIN, and now she lives in a different state, but we still talk from time to time
