I want to tell this girl that I like her. Will this seem creepy or flattering to her?

some guys like to flat out say it
others are real shy
depends how you act
you should just flirt a lot with her and see what she does
if she flirts (giggles a lot, gets closer to you, go outta her way to talk to you, anything)
then when y'all are alone get closer to her and be real sweet. just flat out say im really starting to like you and grab her hand or something
