Credit cards?

If I buy an item with a credit card NOT on sale and I return it WITH a reciet, Can I get money back in CASH?? It is NOT a debt card, Its more like a MasterCard or Visa.

The system is set up so that if you return an item purchased with a credit card, then the charge is simply credited back to your account. Under normal conditions, there isn't any cash exchanged either way.
