Creatine or not?

RAR Asked by drcurly about 1 year ago, 3 answers.

I've always been a natural bodybuilder, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't curious about trying creatine. I actually bought a set of it...but to be honest, I haven't even opened the pack up. I've heard rumours about Short term effects and bloating,...

but does anyone have a concrete opinion? Much thanks happy

Creatine is a great supplement if you've hit a plateau, or are trying to get more reps and just more definition. I personally only use Creatine Ethyl ester, it has never giving me bloating effects, like NOXplod, or just any generic or powdered agent. I wouldn't recomend using a powder, just because most if not all create bloating about an hour after ingestion. Which obviously isn't good for your workout. But creatine is a supplement that I also use on an on a month and then off a month basis just so my body doesn't start producing the chemicals naturally, cause obviously that would lessin the effect. Well hope it helped

Creatine is a naturally occuring chemical in your body that aids in the absorbtion of nutrients to muscles and nerves. During a work out, your body loses natural creatine and thus, your muscle cells will become dysfunctional. Taking creatine before a work out is a great idea. There isn't a danger from having too much, but you don't need more then the amount directed by the manufacturer. Creatine is for pre-workout.
