Crazy mom

Hey my mom is very crazy I mean one min shes okay and the next she isnt. At times she can get very violent and I dont think its fair. I cant talk to her because she thinks everything I say is direspectful and im not suppose 2 question her at all. She...

makes me clean up all day and when she gets mad she takes my cell phone and make me clean and watch the boys and I cant go no where if I even ask her she gets mad I go out once and a blue moon. My sister gets treated the same way but its worse on my since im the oldest. My mom has a gambling problem but she dont want to admit it and then she takes her angry out on me and my sister. Its just a lot of things going on and it causes to stress me out so I talk to my boyfriend but I cant even c him because of her. In our house things arent good but when other people come over she acts like we have the perfect family when we dont and it futrates me! I want to leave I need to get away from here. I've thought about suicide plenty of times and im so drepressed I don't know what to do or think so I just eat and cry and pray! Please help me!

God you sound just like my best friend. Except her mom doesn't have any of those problems, she's more of the society expects you to act a certain way so act like it! kind of mom. Anyways you need to get brave. I can just see this. Give your mom a letter stating all the stuff she does that isn't fair and exactly how you feel. Then get as far away as possible and wait as long as it takes for her to cool down. Maybe go to your boyfriend's house when she isn't looking or is busy reading the letter. In the letter put down where you are going and I'm sure your boyfriends' parents would keep your mom away if she came over in that violent state of hers. Make sure your boyfriend knows you are coming over before you do. I think this would work and if you feel that you can't do that then go to the police. Get help from someone official.
