Crawling-face & hair

Ok I feel like something is crawling on my face and in my hair...I have braids that show my scalp so I don't think I have lice. It feels really weird. What is it and how do I stop it?!

Ask someone you trust to check your hair.
It's very possible you don't have lice, but dandruff--sometimes that also feels itchy and like things are crawling on you. If you have dandruff, just pick up some Head and Shoulders shampoo.
